PRODUCTS WARRANTY STATEMENT

AMEBA's warranty obligations are limited to the terms set forth below:

AMEBA warrants that each of its products will be free from material and workmanship defects for a period of one year from the original invoice date to AMEBA customers only. If the customer discovers a defect, AMEBA will, at its option, repair or replace the defective product at no charge to the customer, provided that it is returned during the warranty period of one year, with transportation charges prepaid, to Temple City, CA or Flushing, NY. The returned product must be properly packaged in order to obtain warranty service.

For warranty service, contact AMEBA at 1-800-97AMEBA or 1-888-88 AMEBA to obtain a "Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number." (For end-users or non-AMEBA customers, please return any defective products to your original supplier, dealer or distributor.) A copy of the original invoice as well as the RMA form with the appropriate AMEBA serial number and model number is required for warranty service.

* AMEBA markets its products through Industry Trade Only. Be sure to purchase AMEBA products through our authorized resellers, dealers or distributors. Any item, from non-authorized resellers or without AMEBA original invoice, has a 30-Day limited warranty from production.

 

 
WARRANTY EXCLUSIONS
  • Out of warranty periods
  • Abuse, unreasonable use, mistreatment, or neglect
  • Damage caused during installation
  • Damage caused by modification or repair not made or authorized by AMEBA
  • AMEBA products whose serial number has been removed or defaced
  • Damage caused by improper or improperly used packaging
  • Return without copy of original invoice

THIS WARRANTY AND REMEDIES SET FORTH ABOVE ARE EXCLUSIVE AND IN LIEU OF ALL OTHERS, WHETHER ORAL OR WRITTEN, EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED. AMEBA SPECIFICALLY DISCLAIMS ANY AND ALL IMPLIED WARRANTIES, INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE SND AGAINST INFRINGEMENT. No AMEBA distributor, representative, agent or employee is authorized to make any modification, extension or addition to this warranty.

 

CREDIT POLICY

Credit is allowed only for returns made within 30 days from the invoice date. After 30 days, a 20% restocking fee shall be applied.
If any item is returned with any of the original package contents missing, a 20% restocking fee shall be applied.


CROSS-SHIPMENTS
No cross-shipments allowed. No exceptions.

 

RETURN INSTRUCTIONS  

Please read AMEBA Warranty Policy carefully before following the RMA return instructions below. If you have any queries about RMA, you can contact our RMA department at 1-800-97-AMEBA or 1-888-88-AMEBA.

 

1. Please fax a copy of the original invoice together with RMA Request Form when requesting a pre-assigned RMA number.

2. RMA number shall be issued within 24 hours upon receipt of completed request form, and this RMA number is good for ten (10) working days only.

3. Please mark the RMA No. on every package to be returned. All returned merchandise must have this pre-assigned number. Otherwise, it shall be refused.

4. Ship prepaid the defective product in original AMEBA packing with a copy of this RMA form and invoice.

5. All claims for incomplete accessories must be made within 7 days from receipt of merchandise.

6. A repair fee will be charged to customer for products that have been physically damaged by users or out of warranty.
