PRODUCTS WARRANTY STATEMENT
AMEBA's warranty obligations are limited to the terms set forth below:
AMEBA warrants that each of its products will be free from material and workmanship defects for a period of one year from the original invoice date to AMEBA customers only. If the customer discovers a defect, AMEBA will, at its option, repair or replace the defective product at no charge to the customer, provided that it is returned during the warranty period of one year, with transportation charges prepaid, to Temple City, CA or Flushing, NY. The returned product must be properly packaged in order to obtain warranty service.
For warranty service, contact AMEBA at 1-800-97AMEBA or 1-888-88 AMEBA to obtain a "Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number." (For end-users or non-AMEBA customers, please return any defective products to your original supplier, dealer or distributor.) A copy of the original invoice as well as the RMA form with the appropriate AMEBA serial number and model number is required for warranty service.
* AMEBA markets its products through Industry Trade Only. Be sure to purchase AMEBA products through our authorized resellers, dealers or distributors. Any item, from non-authorized resellers or without AMEBA original invoice, has a 30-Day limited warranty from production.
